Leaving the Washington Alpine Club

Today I head out, leaving the Washington Alpine Club, and head for White Pass, which will be my next stop.  There is a fire reported not too far from the Pacific Crest Trail near White Pass.  I’m hoping that doesn’t detour my hike like what happened up at Harts Pass.

Possibly the Hardest Hike Ever

Most of the trail was filled with skree.  My ankles were rolling and twisting on the rocks. I even fell several times.  It was possibly the hardest hike ever.
