The Ouachita Trail is a 223-mile National Recreation Trail that runs through the Ouachita Mountains of Oklahoma and Arkansas.

I've written briefly about the trail conditions.  The PCTA goes into much more detail in the below text from their "Trail Closures" app.

The Arizona Trail is an 800-mile national scenic trail. It stretches from the Mexico to Utah. The trail passes through deserts, forests, and the Grand Canyon.

The Colorado Trail is a 486-mile trail, running from Waterton Canyon near Denver to Durango. It's known for its scenery and challenging high-altitude terrain.

The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is a National Scenic Trail stretching 2,650 miles from Mexico to Canada. It passes through California, Oregon, and Washington.
