Last night was fun.  Something I ate at Hiker Town bothered me all day while hiking, and then it went into overdrive last night.  Couple that with the high velocity wind most of the night and I got little sleep.  So this morning’s 1,600 foot climb was not “enjoyable.” Fortunately, I am approaching Tehachapi, and I’ll be able to recover in a nice hotel room.

I took it slow all day with multiple rest stops.  It’s occurred to me that the weight loss is also affecting my energy level.  I weighed myself at Hiker Town – 130 pounds.  Not good!

I stopped short of Tehachapi late afternoon.  I’ll go in tomorrow morning.
