Finally! Snoqualmie Pass Trailhead. It was a ten minute walk to the Washington Alpine Club hostel. I checked in and the host made me a couple of hot dogs.

Steve Kevin joined us on a partial climb up Mount Baden-Powell. It will be three of us making the summit tomorrow. At 3 PM, we reached our campsite.
Mike and I were on our way by 6:30. I met Mike yesterday. He is going to share the Acorn Cabin with me in Wrightwood. The target today is highway 2.
I found a super deal for Big Bear Frontier Resort. It was just a little over what hostel was going to charge me for a private room. I reserved it.
It’s back to the trail and goodbye to Jeanine and the General (her husband). At noon, they drove me to Black Mountain Road and even up it a couple of miles.
